Eminem Mom’s Spaghetti Pop-Up Restaurant NYC

If you were here for that, it’s been 20 years since Eminem’s semi-autobiographical film 8 Mile hit the stage. This gave us a little more insight into the life of a white rapper nicknamed B-Rabbit, who is struggling to break into the black-dominated hip-hop scene amid a difficult life in Detroit’s 8 Mile. . On the occasion of the movie, Eminem brought her restaurant Mom’s Spaghetti to New York as a pop-up.

The concept restaurant is based in Detroit, but is setting up a new boutique in the Shopify retail space in New York’s SoHo neighborhood. Attendees will walk through areas recreated from the 8 miles and access limited editions and exclusive products.

Eminem hasn’t forgotten about the carton of branded spaghetti, and guests can also feast on pasta with or without meatballs. Merchandise on hand for purchase will also include 8 Mile apparel and vinyl records.

After successfully testing spaghetti pop-ups in Detroit, Em opened a permanent location there, and the pop-up may eventually follow suit if it becomes popular enough. Stop by to try it at Mom’s Spaghetti New York Pop-up – 131 Greene Street NYC. See more at mom’s spaghetti online.
