Jim ‘N Nick’s Cool Springs Restaurant Goes Fast-Casual | Brentwood homepage

Jim ‘N Nick’s Community Bar-BQ converted its location at 3068 Mallory Lane in Cool Springs to a fast-casual, casual dining style, according to a press release.

The restaurant chain says its shift to fast-casual service “allows for faster guest experiences while maintaining the same great food and hospitality that have been cornerstones of the brand for three decades.”

The Franklin location will retain full bar service and team members will work throughout the restaurant to meet customer needs, according to the statement. Additionally, the new design provides “a faster way for customers to pick up take-out orders while maintaining drive-thru and dine-in options.”

“Exceptional barbecue will always be the #1 goal at Jim ‘N Nick’s,” said Chris McCracken, local owner of JNN – Nashville. “This new style of service offers customers the opportunity to dine with us in different ways. Whether it’s full bar service or counter order dining, a quick lunch or a leisurely dinner, you’ll always experience the same hospitality we’re known for. .

The conversion of the Franklin location to a fast casual dining style is one of the first steps in a company-wide initiative to convert more JNN locations to fast casual dining. Additionally, the growing brand plans to open 10 new locations over the next 18 months.

“The future is very bright for Jim ‘N Nick’s,” said JNN General Manager Larry Ryback. “As we expand in the Southeast, we look forward to hiring the ‘best of the best’ to join our JNN family.”
