TIONESTA TWP., PA (EYT) – A local man is behind bars for allegedly breaking a door window and breaking into his ex-girlfriend’s residence in Tionesta Township.

Court documents say Marienville-based state police have filed criminal charges against a 40-year-old man David T. Sacunasof Venus, Monday, Nov. 14, in the office of Magistrate District Judge Daniel L. Miller.

According to a criminal complaint, PSP Marienville received a report from a known woman that her daughter’s ex-boyfriend, identified as David Sacunasbroke a door window and entered her camp/residence in Tionesta Township, Forest County at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 12.

The victims told police that Sacunas was not allowed to be at the residence and was repeatedly advised to refrain from coming to the property, the complaint states.

Upon arriving at the scene, the soldiers interviewed a known victim who said that while she was at the residence, Sacunas arrived at around 2:30 a.m. The victim explained that she had not answered the door and advised Sacunas to leave. Sacunas then proceeded to bang the window of the locked door until it shattered, then he reached for the broken window and unlocked the door, according to the complaint.

During this interview, the victim indicated that she took a video on her phone of the incident. The video shows the window being hit and then shattered. Upon entering the residence, Sacunas began to argue with the victim about their recent breakup, the complaint states.

Around 4 a.m., Sacunas left the residence on foot, the complaint notes.

The victim told soldiers that she advised Sacunas to leave and not return to the residence numerous times, according to the complaint.

Sacunas was arraigned at 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 14 on the following charges before District Judge Todd A. Woodin:

– Criminal Intrusion – Penetrating Structure, Felony 2
– Defiant Trespassing Actual Communication to Actor, Offense 3
– criminal mischief – property damage, misdemeanor 3
– Criminal trespass / simple trespasser, summary

Unable to post $25,000.00 monetary bond, he was incarcerated in the Warren County Jail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, November 22 at 9:00 a.m. under the chairmanship of Judge Woodin.
