It’s Valentine’s Day next week, which means many of us are looking forward to a romantic meal with our partner, date or sweetheart.

But, while most restaurant menus are catered for couples, times are changing and relationships aren’t always so traditional in 2022.

In recent years, polyamory has entered the mainstream with groups appearing on reality television and hit streaming shows like Elite and The Politician.

Luckily, a pop-up restaurant has taken note of the rise of polyamory and created a romantic evening for those who are part of a love triad (meaning three people date at the same time) or more.

February 14 sexual wellness brand United Kingdom opens the world’s first restaurant designed for groups.

This polyamorous restaurant, the first of its kind, will celebrate polyamory and break the taboos surrounding non-monogamous love.

You will be treated to a three-course meal

The brand’s gender census reveals that more than a quarter (28%) of Britons would consider entering a polyamorous relationship.

While 38% of 18-24 year olds thought the idea of polyamory would meet all of their intimacy needs.

And all of LELO’s THROUPLE Restaurant diners will be treated to a romantic three-course meal and complimentary drinks.

And although designed for groups, this unique restaurant welcomes all polyamorous people, whether they are in a four-way relationship or even a five-way relationship.

Tables will be arranged so that no one is seated at the end and all can engage in amorous eye contact and three-way conversations.

Those wishing to make a reservation should go to lelothrouple.frbut you’ll need to be quick as seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The menu shots show delicious entrees to choose from, including a dirty vegan salad, a (cheeky) jerk-rubbed dry breast, and a trio of desserts for you all to share in the delicious treats.

Kate Moyle, Sex and Relationships Expert for LELO UK, said: “Stories, conversations, information and education are moving from a ‘one size fits all’ model of sex and relationships to a more inclusive and curious.

“We see this reflected in statistics showing that people are more exploratory and open to trying non-monogamous ethical relationship models. “

She added: “The sexual wellness movement encourages people to find what works for them, which may be outside of the relationship model they previously felt they should subscribe to.

“As we read, learn, listen, talk and educate more and integrate and normalize ideas about sex and relationships taking different forms in our lives, we are gradually moving towards a place of greater acceptance. .”

While Luka Matutinovic, Marketing Director of LELO, added: “Valentine’s Day is without a doubt the most romantic night of the year, and at LELO we believe that fun should be celebrated by everyone, no matter regardless of gender preference or gender identity.

“We’re thrilled to open the first restaurant designed for polyamorous love so those looking for a romantic evening can do so from the comfort of a place filled with like-minded people.”
