Vegas Test Kitchen and the newly reopened Palms join to present Greene St. Test Kitchen, a pop-up dining space, on Fridays and Saturdays throughout June and July.
Each weekend, Greene St. will host a pop-up concept featuring a prix-fixe menu created by Vegas chefs:
— June 10-11: Chef Josh Bianchi’s Binky’s will offer rustic Italian-American dishes with French accents.
— June 18-19, July 24-25 and 1-2: Makatas by chefs Bryan Tejada and Gary FX LaMorte will present “healthy, social and scrumptious” meals inspired by Pinoy.
— July 8-9, 15-16, 22-23 and 29-30: Mamasan by chef Crystina Nguyen mixes Polynesian, Chinese and American cuisine to revisit the cuisine of the Puupuu plateau.
“We look forward to seeing the Vegas community when we open June 10 and showcasing these wonderful chefs who each bring a unique twist to their style of cooking,” said Jolene Mannina, owner of Vegas Test Kitchen, a location in the downtown where chefs try and serve new dishes and concepts.
